I'm very happy for you and I hope that closing goes smoothly. I love how your home looks and think that girl was crazy. I've been lurking on this thread mostly but wanted to let you know I didn't have a margarita - but I did have a nice shot of tequila in your honor. Wow, haven't had one of those in a long time. They are good. Fiddi

Thanks, Fiddi...I am not packing the blender until the very end, and will toss it in the trunk...along with the margarita mix and tequila...thanks for having a shot for me!

Thanks also for keeping an eye out, for all of us...this board is the best, i don't know what I would do with out it.

We need to get through the inspection. House is only 4 years old, nothing no working or right that we are aware of, anyway. We put the spa in, but a electrician did the wiring and it's to code. Everything else works fine...

just got up, can't be lazy today, have lots to do, will be back later after another cuppa java..

Best of luck. We're in the same boat waiting for a couple to make up their mind.

Thanks, Bette. Seems like things are moving along here for lots of us...

LaceyEx, I am not too worried about it, we have sold homes before and we never had to do anything major...our last home in Southern CA that we sold in 2003, the buyers wanted a new pool heater...Uh no. We had in the disclosures that it didn't work and we didn't use it. Nice try. Oh and in our son's bedroom that was empty, we were painting the closet and took the sliding doors off, they were leaning against the closet wall, the inspector put 'missing closet doors'. WTH? Silly stuff like that.

I am not even going to make my bed today..dang, that feels good to not HAVE to....

have a good one
