We have several younger families in our neighborhood that took out huge HELOC's when the prices were high. Two lost their homes but got to keep the cars and boats....I think. A few more are in short sales and foreclosures now. Very sad times. I hope some lessons have been learned by this.  |

Far too many people look as 'equity' as free money, get loans and go hog wild...wake up dazed and confused, wondering, what happened??
