Now my house is in foreclosure, boat was repossessed, car was wrecked and I got sick on the cruise.
But I got a great 4.5% ARM

I am enjoying your humor today. The real estate market is so up and down it is just nice to have a good laugh in the middle of trying to sell my home!!

We have several younger families in our neighborhood that took out huge HELOC's when the prices were high. Two lost their homes but got to keep the cars and boats....I think. A few more are in short sales and foreclosures now. Very sad times. I hope some lessons have been learned by this.

REAL ESTATE BLUES
I bought a boat,
I took a cruise,
I didn't think,
I'm such a dink,
I took a chance,
I got my cash,
I paid the price,
it's not so nice....
Now I'm
UNDERWATER...
Yeah, baby,
UNDERWATER.....
I got the
real estate blues
and I'm walkin',
oh yeah, I'm walkin'...
Gonna walk down
to the river,
and flush my self away....
Yeah, down walk to the water
and flush my (poor boy) self
AWAY.........

Far too many people look as 'equity' as free money, get loans and go hog wild...wake up dazed and confused, wondering, what happened??
