Just to think my neighbor was dying to get out of washington state to buffalo ny. I guess it was a good deal that his trucking company he works for wouldn't pay for relocation so they ended up staying.

no kidding. Buffalo looks like a very nice rural area that is affordable. However, it is affordable because the unemployment is very high and there has been a decent exodus going on for quite some time.

It is only good if you live in the rural areas and you don't have to get a job. Otherwise housing is cheap and cheap labor is plentiful.
