Young one here...first concert was cute little bubblegum boy band that are trying to make a comeback...First home was on 4th ave in Yakima washington almost 34 years ago and my dear mother still lives in that house.
crazyma I wanted my stirred too as well lol. After my night last night I really needed that laugh.
"How to survive selling a house - the crazyma way". You are hilarious!!!
Just checking in between showings... wow this is crazy stuff... the first showing was supposed to be at noon, so scheduled the 2nd one at 12:45... got out of the house with the dogs, and when I came back an hour and a half later (1:30) had a message that the 12:00 couldn't be here until 2:30, AND then the second showing came knocking at the door... sorry they were late, etc. So back out the door I go with the dogs... now they are gone and I grabbed some lunch quickly before dashing out again for the (now) 2:30 showing.
This house selling adventure will certainly keep me busy! Hope to be sending good news soon... and hearing of others getting the offers!

I was camping for 4 days so I'm coming here late! First concert was Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band!
First house: Out in the country on an old dirt road -- We didn't have house #'s!! R.D. #2 Rockwood, PA. I lived there until I was 17 and then off to the BIG city for college!
Hopefully all buyer's agents are not this rude... supposed to have a showing at 2:30... decided not to take the dogs out until they showed up... well, 20 minutes after appointed time and no show no call... good thing I didn't go out for my walk! What a waste of time that would have been! And they had already called to postpone the showing earlier today! This is frustrating!
Really late getting here - work really interferes with my CD time. Yes, I remember War and Chicago. First concert Paul McCartney and Wings - remember them?
First home an apartment on Gahl Terrace in Reading Ohio. I don't remember much because we moved to a real house when I was two.
Good luck everyone with your RE!

Cannot remember the first house, though - it was somewhere near Hill Airforce Base, Odgen, Utah... I'm a military brat...

I am sorry about your no show, I hope it is the last but to be honest if you read this board it is quite common. Rude, you bet your life it is but as sellers we seem to have to put up with some bad behavior waiting for that right buyer. Luckily we have each other here to listen to us vent when we need to.
Anita, You might as well get use to it, sorry to say it is just getting started for you. Ask some of the veterans here or go back 3, 4, 6 months, some of us are still in the game. Hopefully yours will go fast!
