How many of you are willing to pay or have paid 10% commision?

Or even more than 6%?

Just curious!

I would absolutely NO WAY pay 10%! Frankly, the agent we have now isn't worth the 6% that she is supposed to get.......not even sure she is worth 1%. But I think 10% is totally outrageous for anyone to even ask even if they are the absolute best agent in the world!

In a way, I'm kind of hoping we don't sell during this contract because I would hate to have to pay her the 6% considering she has done next to nothing for us.

I would pay 10% for the right service.

One has to unlimit their perceptions of the universe to understand that the world is not always simple.

Actually, I have my House on the market also. I would gladly pay myself 10% if Uncle Sam didn't want a piece of it.

I'm paying 7% and my realtor is worth it! I would never pay 10% though--that's way too much!

If you got caught up buying some land locked swampland and someone was able to sell it for you at a profit a few years later would you change your tune?
