Has a preforeclosure next door...

We already got two violations in the past 4 months that were not correct...

1 was for weeds, and we cleared it with HOA

Last week, it was the next door neighbor's trash can on our property line, also cleared as of yesterday...

I suppose we need to be proactive of weeds from neighbors lot, they walked...gardener is coming tomorrow.

I feel so sorry for you. I guess all you can do is report violations to the HOA and keep at them until the situation is rectified.

I thought the OP was saying that these were being reported on them, even though it was, for example, the neighbor's trash can, not theirs, and the one regarding weeds was an incorrect citation for a violation.

In other words, somebody's reporting them to the HOA incorrectly.

Yes, 2 violations reported incorrectly, both fines waived.

I have instructed my gardener to remove weeds from their property in the common area and apply 100% Extended Preemergents...

I need to find a new gardener after 1/09. He is moving to Cali ...
