I just said my prayer for you wileynj.....I hope you have good luck. I am in Florida so on top of everything else I had to keep praying I wasn't going to end up with a hurricane before closing!
I hope you close before the next Hurricane comes....make sure they have their home owners insurance in place because I doubt any company is allowed to underwrite right now since the next one is almost or already in the box. Good Luck, I hope it will all work out.
