Finally some activity!
After 3 weeks of no showings/offers.....I finally have a showing tonight and one tomorrow night. I pulled out all the stops....cleaned my butt off today, lit candles in every room and baked homade choc. chip pecan cookies for their enjoyment! Now, I have to remember to blow out the candles before I leave.... 
I hope St. Joe in my front yard is listening to my prayers! |

I had no knowledge of the St. Joseph/house selling connection. We were having a hard time selling our last house. We'd always get so close to a sale and then something would happen on the buyer's end to blow the deal. It was depressing and discouraging. Our realtor was well aware of the stress we were under, so she put a small statue of St. Joseph in the mulch around the shrubs. The house sold on the next showing. I will forever be thankful to St. Joseph and to my realtor for putting him there.
