Hello Ladies,

Update time:

Kitchen - done
Baths - done
Floors(hardwood - refinished - You know using one of them there floor thingys is a hoot. whoopy!

Next on the agenda - A tall boubon and branch then....
I think I will work on the basement, touch up the playroom as I like to call it.

It's really great that all this pixie dust is flying around. Spreading good mojo to one and all. So I will add a little of my own good luck to everyone......

Bump and Grind

Next report later....Thanks for keeping me motivated.

NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING, I so hate sitting and waiting. They love it, the agent expected the offer this morning, my agent thought it would be coming this morning and here I sit like I am waiting for my first date, this is horrible. Scares me to think that they decided against it.

Smile I believe Post Falls is ~7 hrs away from me

And I've never been there before. My GF just recently moved to Boise from a city near there though. Where is your sis moving to after she sells Painter?

Default Waiting to be chosen

Hi Everyone,

Painter, I hope you hear something soon...that's hard, all that anticipation.

The Bad News: We were supposed to have a showing today, but they were a "no show". Their realtor's secretary forgot to call everyone.

The Good News: We took our dogs out to a local dog park, to be out of the house for the showing, and then there was a free concert...and it was Graham Parker (you have to be old to remember him) and Orleans is playing later. Our local congressman is John Hall, who was a member of Orleans back in the day. So, it was kind of an interesting day, anyway.

Any news anyone?

Well, realtor called today...We have another showing tomorrow between" 130p and 330pm!.....they are supposedly looking at a "few" of houses in our development for sale...so the realtor told us around that vicinity....

Still supposed to have the other client coming in next week to see our house...no more details though...that's it for now!
