NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING, I so hate sitting and waiting. They love it, the agent expected the offer this morning, my agent thought it would be coming this morning and here I sit like I am waiting for my first date, this is horrible. Scares me to think that they decided against it.
Hang in there, Painter...the waiting is the absolute worst...keeping everything I can cross, crossed! Let us know as soon as you know something.
Again, I had to reset my settings for instant email notification of new posts...geez..i went for 2 days without getting a notice about these posts..annoying for sure...then I have to read a bunch at once and I get confused. I confuse easily

Painter, I hope you hear something soon...that's hard, all that anticipation.
The Bad News: We were supposed to have a showing today, but they were a "no show". Their realtor's secretary forgot to call everyone.
The Good News: We took our dogs out to a local dog park, to be out of the house for the showing, and then there was a free concert...and it was Graham Parker (you have to be old to remember him) and Orleans is playing later. Our local congressman is John Hall, who was a member of Orleans back in the day. So, it was kind of an interesting day, anyway.
TAMBRE- that stinks with the no show! ugh! At least you got some fresh air and heard some good music, right? Hopefully you will get a showing soon!! I am rooting for you!!
Well, realtor called today...We have another showing tomorrow between" 130p and 330pm!.....they are supposedly looking at a "few" of houses in our development for sale...so the realtor told us around that vicinity....
so we will see. Wow. None in so long...until lately...St. Joe may be coming through!we will see...
Still supposed to have the other client coming in next week to see our house...no more details though...that's it for now!
Painter--hopefully you won't have to sit there and sweat bullets much longer! dust to all!!
Lacey-how are you doing girl!?
CraZYMA-come out come out! I hope you feel better and are OK. We miss you here!
Ugh, I had a steak/cheese sub and it was all grizzle...I had 2 bites and that was enough.. Gag lol!
