Has anyone used the lead generator "Real Estate Client Referrals? (agent, fee)

There was someone calling me from this company last month...they try to make it seem like they've got a client already waiting for you. I decided long ago not to pay for leads other than legitimate referrals from other Realtors. If there are truly people looking for an agent in your area, they should be able to find one without going through this website.

Agreed. I never pay for leads either. The only referrals I pay for are ones that I close, and they get paid out at closing.

I usually offer them a 25% referral fee when I close the transaction. They usually get very rude and/ or hang up on me. That's all I need to know about those companies. I tried one once just to see what it was about. I'll never do it again. I'd suggest using my experience and shy away. They are a waste and most of them are crooks.
