I bought a house about a year ago in Newark on a land contract. The property disclosure agreement is not correct there are two items on this thing that is a blatant lie. My house has issues not covered by insurance and its the fault of the last owner which is the real estate agent. Is this a legal issue I need to have addressed? What can I do? I have a get out clause on the house but if I sign it back I only get 4000 back and am out the 8000 in payments I have sunk in here not to mention the upgrades we have done since we lived here.......

I think there are two course of action you could pursue, first you its a good idea to consult your lawyer but i think you could sue in claims court and second you should be able to file a complaint with the real estate association he or she belongs to.
Did you have a home inspection prior to closing?

Can you prove it was a lie? Even if it was something that was covered up, was there a previous owner that could have covered it up and the person you bought from knew nothing about it? I would definitely second consulting your lawyer and good luck in resolving your problems.
