can someone tell me what does a property that is "Land Leased" mean
what does that mean to the buyer of a condo that is on Land Leased
land????
I have found a condo in california and it is on "Land Leased".
PLEASE EMAIL ME DIRECT WITH ANSWER PLEASE.

It means that the land is leased. How long is this lease? Who owns the lease? Who is paying the rent?
