I know of only one true FSBO in my area, right now. It's owned by a real estate agent !

I'm on the fence about this one. I have several friends who either bought or sold a home via FSBO within the last year. I also have friends looking at homes who prefer to look at FSBOs. I've shown my home twice as a FSBO and I don't even have a sign in the yard. People just hear I want to sell (I'm in a very desirable neighborhood) and ask to come by and look. No - I haven't sold it yet and will be putting it on the market this weekend with an agent but - around here, FSBOs don't seem to have a stigma. Maybe it depends on the property I don't know.
