Girls, I am sick..fever, achy..crap why does this happen when we have a 12 hour drive home..I talked to my cousin who is there with the dogs and begged her to make a big pot of chicken soup..we are gonna need it and I don't make soup.

We have to go to the brides folks at 6 for bbq and open gifts..DogPaw wants to leave at 4 am..I could leave right now and be ok with it...I dont want to get anyone sick over there...but..

Hammey, I read your posts and I read it twice before I realized you said "dinks" I read a ck there and agreed, lol, my bad.
OKay gals I sent a nasty little email to my agent to show the buyers agent and brokers on both sides. Got an email back that said dont be surprised if they still go to closing---do what??? The agent sent a email back saying she will call tomorrow and no she wasn't giving the earnest money back and that she told them why and they are okay with it. NO Flippin idea what is going on, my agent isnt answering the phones sooo.
I am showing the little house at 6:30 tonight to another lady and I told her 10k more and she is thrilled, we will see what happens. Told my agent he better get me a license by then because I will probably be the one selling it since I show it more than anyone.
