Beckycat, I am sorry to hear about your buyers backing out. There is nothing more frustrating and discouraging for a seller… Hang in there – it only takes one person - the right buyer - to turn the tables and considering the low mortgage rates and the time of year – things are bound to turn around for you!!! We are not moving out of Idaho - just relocating to a different part of the state.
