I have a condo I will be renting out in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. I will moving out of state and would like a reputable management co that would take care or repairs, etc. Any suggestions?

Also, Has anyone ever used "Chateau Management" located in downtown? They have a lot of good sounding info on their web site, but I'd like to hear some personal comments. Thanks.

I would suggest that you post your inquiry in the Cleveland CityData forum, where you can get more localized input.

Property management companies are seldom "popular". Let's remember they collect rent, inform tenants of lease violations and evict non-paying tenants .... it's not a business for those who must be loved by everyone!

I you'd be well advised to ask the mgt. co. about their business and get references from landlords. Since you own a condo - ask about their dealings with HOAs.

I word of advise - insist your tenants have a copy of the HOA rules & regs! It can really avoid conflicts later on.
