I have an agent working with me now.
I made an offer and didn't get it.
I want to start over again (searching other properties, visiting....), but with another agent.
What should I do? Email? or There is nothing special I should do?

Thanks

Read your contract if you have one with your agent. Why did you not get the deal together on the first house?

We never sign a contract.
The first house is a dual agent situation.
We were in a hurry, so we didn't try to get a new agent.
Now, we experience all disadvantage of dual agency.
Therefore, it is not going to be pleasant to continuing working with the agent.

Since you didn't sign a contract you can just move onto another agent. Spend some time trying to find a good agent.
