they are legal, only around 10 states have banned them and this is not one of them.

only sign4% and if listing agent sells it offer 3%,,since you lost so much equity in todays market,,stick to your guns! Good Luck!

I've done anywhere from 4.5%-10%. It depends on a lot of different factors. I don't adhere to being rigid in regards to commission; listing price is so much more important to me. Price is everything and 6% of nuthin' is still nuthin'.
