Keep it on the market. If it is priced right it will sell. You really haven't been on the market THAT long. If it is overpriced (and I'm not saying it is!) it won't sell in the Spring either even with lower days on market and you'll have more competition.

I'm not sure what price range your home is in but there are definitely buyers looking to buy in Williamsburg. First time home buyers and move up buyers are eager to take advantage of the recently expanded tax credit. Yes traffic is down from July but if you are priced right I would re-consider taking it off the market at this time.
