And in Texas. That's highly unprofessional. Fortunately, our local MLS lockboxes require not only the agent's code, but special equipment to open them (so that there is always a record of who entered the home when), so unless the listing agent has a combination lockbox on the house, this is impossible to do.

It's unacceptable in all areas. It's why I love Supra type boxes. None of that kind of stuff can happen.

When all the foreclosures hit our area, there weren't enough Supra lockboxes and agents handling listings for asset managers had to scramble for combo lock boxes. They're still used a fair amount around here. (Wash DC Area)
