Mmm...I LOVE cake balls!

I just mix crushed oreos with whipped cream cheese, roll into a ball & dip in peanut butter chocolate chips that have been melted in the microwave & mixed with a little vegetable oil to help with consistency.

So, so good!

Bluesky-
instead of the pb choc chips- form the ball around a marachino cherry (extra points if ya get the ones with stems) and dip in melted chocolate chips with a bit of paraffin melted in for gloss.

I'm the new guy in the office...can't wait for the Holidays...and I'm goin' for
the 'xtra points' and using the cherry's w/stems...lolol... I hope they make
it from my house to the office...something tells me a few of them won't.
