Thanks, Deb... I'm glad I found it, too... now, I must destroy it!

No, I don't have to eat pasta with it. Nor, do I haveto eat 1/2 of the pan when it comes out of the oven! I never eat carbs anymore, so when they're here, they're hard to resist.

After 40, I gain several pounds when I eat any carbs at all & it shows because I'm a fairly small size... sad, as I could live on potatoes & bread only, forever.

I love carbs but try not to allow too many in one sitting.. So it would be pasta OR bread for me.
You have the will power to shun 1 in favor of another?? Show off! I just don't keep junk food around... junk = anything that will cause weight gain, no matter which food category it's in... I guess I'll be making 4 of these/yr & will probably eat 1/2 of it out of the oven each time. What can I say, I'm weak...

Have fun...

Me, too! I was surprised it was focaccia, since the only focaccia I'd ever had in various places was fluffier & more white bread-like, so I never explored looking for it under that name. I had no idea there were heavier versions. But, I suppose this makes sense with all the many varying styles of pizza dough, from crunchy to bready. I'm learning...

Thanks again, Outback, my hero!
