Stale baguette slices soaked in egg mix.

Two eggs and a big splash of milk beaten with a tablespoon of strawberry preserves. Soak on plate. flip and soak some more.

Sautee in butter of low heat being careful not to burn the bits of strawberry preserves clinging to baguette rounds.

Subtle strawberry flavored french toast.
