I want to cook this on my new Rotisserie gas grill - how should I spice it up or just I just use on of my bottled KC Masterpiece Marinades? I have Honey Teriyaki and Garlic Balsamic marinades?

Thanks

Its gonna be pretty dry unless you are going to slice it for cold RB sandwiches. Sirloin tip roast has nice flavor, is pretty tender but very lean. I think that browning in a little oil, adding vegetables and potatoes, covering and cooking slowly; make gravy at the end. That's the thing for a sirloin tip roast.

As for the rotisserie, chicken is good on a rotisserie, maybe a boneless rib roast.
