Fresh Mettwurst (mustard, pork, grilled, flour)

A fresh mett is a raw pork sausage like a Johnsonville Brat. I had a couple from the butcher and browned an 8" flour tortilla over the open burner, added the grilled mett, ton of yellow mustard, and cilantro, wrap and much better than a hot dog on a bun.
