Do you have questions about how to select, prepare, serve, and store the popular holiday main course?

If so, University of Illinois Extension is ready to help with their "Turkey for the Holidays" website:

The website, developed by Drusilla Banks, a University of Illinois Extension food science nutrition and wellness educator, includes cooking techniques, selection, carving, side dishes, turkey facts, turkey safety, turkey farms, nutrition information, and how to deal with leftovers.

One important feature for the harried cook is "Turkey FAQs", which includes answers to many questions that can bedevil those caught in the midst of cooking a large meal.
