Yes, it was great! I liked how the chicken was seasoned. I cooked this for my mother and she loved it as well. I ended up using passato di pomodoro which is kind of like thick tomato sauce. Oh and I used Gouda cheese because the colby/jack cheese isn't available here either. Either way it tasted great

I'm trying out new recipes every week and yours was a nice addition, thanks!

Now I'm curious -- where do you live that doesn't have either of those basic items in the stores?
