2 cups guacamole
1 cup shredded Chaddar cheese,4 oz.
1 Tbs.chopped fresh cilantro,optional
Tortilla chips, optional

In a food processor, blend together 5 ingredients until smooth.
Spread lettuce over platter, spoon salsa, olives, guacamole,Cheddar and goat cheese mxture into rows over lettuce. Garnish with cilantro and if desired, serve with chips

That sounds yummy. What are the measurements for the honey & soy sauce?

That Goat Cheese Nacho Dip sounds AMAZING! I love goat cheese

Here is recipe for Salmon that I found in More Magazine. I haven't made it yet, but I'm thinking about doing it for a friend who is visiting this weekend.

Seared Salmon Crusted with Coriander Seed:

1 Tbsp. dried coriander seed
1 Tbsp. coarse-grain sea salt
1 Tbsp. merquen or ground chipotle powder
1 1/2 lbs. sushi-grade salmon filet, cut into 6 1-inch thick portions
2-3 Tbsp. olive oil

1. Grind the coriander seed and mix with sea salt and merquen
2. Dip one flat side of each salmon piece in the coriander mixture to coat well. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook salmon, coriander side down, about 3 minutes, or until crisp. Turn fish and continue cooking until crisp on both sides, another 3-5 minutes.
3. Drizzle with basil infused olive oil.

I don't measure it,I just put equal parts, and pour it on. Of course, you don't want to put too much soy or too much honey,as long as it doesn't look liquid.
It is really good
