I have too much liquid whip in the fridge that expires in less then a week, I was wondering if anyone knew of any recipes that included the use of liquid whip? I'm looking for either dessert or snack type recipes.

Cream? I like to use it in coffee. Or tea. Use a little to make decadent scrambled eggs. Or, I sometimes make Chicken Oporto, which is very lightly floured chicken breasts (season with salt/pepper/dash of nutmeg if desired), browned in butter, then simmered (covered) in cream along with sauteed thinly-sliced mushrooms and minced shallots.

I use allrecipes.com alot. A couple years back, I made a NYE resolution to quit throwing out so much food. The site has a feature where you can search using ingrediants.
