2 pkg fresh pizza dough
1 lb sweet Italian sausage-casings removed
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 medium onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic chopped
1 tbsp olive oil

Let dough sit at room temperature ofr 1 hour, Brown sausage in a little olive oil, remove from pan. Saute onion, garlic, and peppers until tender. Drain both the sausages and pepper mixture and stir together. Combine both doughs and work them in to 1 big rectangle. You need both doughs to make one big sausage roll. Spread evenly with sausage and pepper mixture and roll lenthwise, as for a jelly roll. Seal edge and twist roll into a horseshoe shape and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 35-40 minutes on 375 degrees. You can eat it right away or wrap in aluminum foil and reheat for another day in the foil. Great to bring to someone's house. let cool of about 10 minutes before slicing.
