I crumble it up and put sugar and cinnamon on mine; making it a dessert esp if it is the Jiffy mix brand but homemade gets the same treatment.

Do any of you eat your cornbread soaked in milk? Try it...Glass....crumbled cornbread, pour milk topping the cornbread....spoon it up.
