Slaw with an Asian flare. (carrot, ginger, onion, dressing)

1/2 head of cabbage, thinly sliced or grated
1 shreaded carrot
1/2 thinly sliced onion
1/4 cup fresh broccoli, sliced very fine
1/2 C fresh cilantro
2 to 3 tbls fresh ginger

dressing:

1/2 C oil
1/4 C rice or balsonic vinegar
1/4 C mayo
1 tsp Chinese hot sause
2 tbls soy sause (or to taste)

After mixing the dressing thoughly pour over salad and refridgerate for at least 2 or 3 hours.

Sounds great and a nice alternative to the usual coleslaw.
