Several people have asked that I post this recipe. It is the best bread I have ever had.

I am posting a link to a blog that has the recipe. You also google the topic, as the recipe is legendary and there are many blogs that discuss the recipe in detail and have great pictures.
The recipe takes several days, but has very little hands on time. I think a newbie could make this bread.
I first made it when I was learning how to make yeast breads, and it really inspired me.
