8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
3 or 4 regular sized Snickers bars, chopped
16 oz. whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
2 6 oz. chocolate chip cookie pie crusts or graham cracker crusts

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar & peanut butter until creamy.

Stir in chopped candy bars.

Fold in the whipped topping, just until mixed.

Pour into crusts and refrigerate overnight.

Yield: 2 pies. (Can be frozen.)

Note: This makes a very boring looking pie, so dress it up by adding curled chocolate, chocolate sprinkles or drizzle with chocolate topping.

Talk about comfort food! I've never made this but I sure remember it. When I was in my twenties, which was just yesterday (I wish!), someone used to bring this to the covered dish dinners at work. I'll place this in the file. Thanks CheyDee.
