ingredients for 6 people

3 mature mangoes, 250 g mascarpone, 250 g of raspberries, 2 eggs, 100 g sugar, 12 wafer cigars.

1) Peel the mangoes, cut them in half, eliminate the central core and cut the flesh into pieces. Put the raspberries in a sieve, pass them quickly under running water and dry them on paper towels.
2) mount the tuorliin in a bowl with the sugar until they are frothy, then add the mascarpone and mix gently, incorporate the egg whites with movements from the bottom to up for not to dismantle them.
3) spread the cream in six glasses complete with pieces of mango, raspberries and wafers, keep in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.

in this dessert you can add some liquers it depend from your personal taste, exsemp you could use gin tonic and tonic water or a white dry martini, or frozen vodka........your choice

As you can see the measurements of ingredients are expressed in grams, I hope lady Lubby may help me converting them in the English system..thank you in advance

250 G is 1 1/2 cups, 100G is 1/2 cup. You see this interests me and I am always looking up things online if I don't know the answer.

Google makes measurement conversions simple. Just go to Google, type in the original measurement = and then the desired conversion units

So for instance typing in: 250g = oz , and "enter" will return the answer 8.8 ounces
