Back to roasting for the big day! Will freeze the meat from the slow cooked one and use later in casseroles, etc.

When you slow cook turkey you have to add lots of seasoning....lots of sage...lots of garlic....maybe some white whine....maybe a little olive oil....etc! Happy Roasting
