Thinly sliced radishes are my new "potato chips". I snack on them as I would chips and use either salad dressing or a sour cream and onion dip to dip them in.

For the other veggies, there are some great smoothie recipes on the web. Here are just a few:

Raw, spiced butternut smoothie

I'm not sure about the cucumbers and radishes (salad, maybe?), but I once had a lot of extra squash on hand and decided to chop it up very finely, along with a couple of jalapenos, an onion, and a good handful of toasted pecans, plus some basic spices like salt and pepper. Soften up this mixture in a touch of hot oil on the stove for a few minutes.

Take this otherwise ugly mush and spread a good coating of it inside a large flour tortilla. Top with a nice layer of shredded cheese, fold it quesadilla-style, and spray the outside well with cooking spray. Brown the quesadillas well on a griddle or in an iron skillet.
