2 Lrg ripe bananas
1 c rolled oats
1/4 c chopped nuts
mash the bananas in a bowl add oats and nuts . drop tblsp of batter on a baking sheet .
Bake 12-15 minutes at 350
and you can use sunflower seeds instead of chopped nuts.

These are really good and healthy .
