Default Need a recipe for dip

What's your favorite dip recipe? I want a dip for vegetables that everyone will like but that is different from the usual ranch/mayonnaise/sour cream. Any ideas? Or should I stick with the tried and true?

Everybody I know loves the spinach dip recipe that is on the back of the Knorr Vegetable soup mix. It's good with veggies. I leave the scallion and watercress or whatever they are out of mine when I make it. It does have mayo and sour cream in it though. Sorry.

You could do a dill dip too.

Spinach dip is great!! But so much fat and calories in the original. I substitute low fat mayo and fat free sour cream and it tastes just as good... Well, maybe not just as good but close enough! LOL

NO SUBSTITUTIONS!!! LOL. That's why you dip VEGETABLES-totally negates the calorie content of the dip.

Do you have the Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe that's been going around lately? The crowd goes wild. I like it with chicken flavored crackers, but veggies would work...especially celery sticks for solid scoopers.

INGREDIENTS
2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup Ranch dressing
3/4 cup pepper sauce, such as Franks® Red Hot®
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Soften cream cheese and mix well with other ingerdients. Either warm everything together in a saucepan and serve, or place in casserole and bake until bubbly and cheese is melted.

8oz cream cheese softened and mix in 1/2 jar Harry and David's pepper relish-I'm sure if you can't get H&D's-any other good pepper relish will do.

Thank you, everyone! All of these sound delicious--instead of choosing one of them, maybe I'll make several. Yumm.
