Made this today in my bread maker and it was really good. This is for the large loaf:

1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
3 TBLS Butter- soft
1 Egg
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 Cup Sugar
3 1/2 Cups Bread Flour
2 tsp active yeast

add ingredients in order to bread maker, use sweet or basic cycle. no timer because of milk, crust medium

It has a creamy taste with a wonderful texture. I can't really taste the ricotta but I know it is there.

I don't see why not. All the bread machine does is take care of the kneading, rising and baking all in one machine.
