Greetings.

It was suggested on another CD forum that I post a particular recipe here, so here I am!

This is something I made for a bring a dish party yesterday, and modesty aside it was the one out of four desserts that disappeared!

It is a flourless chocolate dessert, and I skipped the cocoa dusting and put fresh raspberries on top in order to reduce the guilt levels.

Hi Jezer - I see you've wandered over here to the Food forum.

BTW - for folks this side of the pond, Caster Sugar is superfine sugar - it dissolves quickly. However, it isn't as fine as powdered sugar (10x superfine).

It's awesome I tell ya! Did a trail run this weekend & everyone raved over it (including me )... and will be making another one for Christmas Day... looks so beautiful and festive w/the cream topping & raspberries on top as Jezer indicated he did with his!
