1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup grated parmesan (please not Kraft stuff in the green can)
1/2 cup grated asiago cheese

1 package wonton wrappers (if you dont wish to make ravioli dough from scratch)

egg white, gently mixed (for sealing wonton wrappers)

all purpose flour

Mix first four ingredients together. Lay out wonton wrappers to fill. Put app. 1/2 teaspoon of filling on wonton. With finger or brush, put egg white around edges of wonton. Put another wonton on top, and make sure you have a good seal on both wontons. Dust finished raviolis with flour, and put in freezer baggie, place in freezer. Will keep about 1 month.
Makes about 4 dozen.

What kind of sauce would use for this? White or red sauce? How long do you cook them in boiling water? 10 minutes?

I just made this the other night and it was yummy with my alfredo sauce. The next time I am going to try with spagetthi sauce or maybe stick with alfredo sauce. Thank You for sharing.
