I do not bake at all. I had to bring cookies to a meeting and I looked for an easy recipe. I found this one!

5 Ingredient Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe - from Tablespoon!

I did modify it (this is why I don't bake, I am a tinkerer in the kitchen).

I used less sugar (3/4 cup) and used half milk chocolate and half semi-sweet chips. And I added some vanilla salt at the top before baking as a finishing touch.

These cookies were delicious, chewy, moist and gooey! Just how I like my chocolate chip cookies. And with such a short ingredient list, there is no planning ahead. They were a hit, and stayed moist and chewy for several days. Check it out! Easy for novice bakers like myself.

I made this and subbed out the PB for nutella in a second batch. I was looking for recipes that didn't have butter or flour so this was great. Both batches are baking as I type this.

Thanks, sure sounds yummy, but right now I am so cookied out I don't want to see any cookies, candy, cake or anything else resembling a sweet for a month or more.

Update:

PB were a success. Nutella was a failure despite the supposedly successful recipes on line. To save the nutella batter, I added a dallop of the PB batter on cookie sheet, added a smaller amount of the nutella batter and then topped with another dallop of the PB batter. formed them a bit into a ball and baked.

Nutella "stuffed" Pb cookies, delish.
