I've made my mushroom version more than a few times.
I forgot to note that I only use 1/2 of the packet of Italian seasoning, otherwise it's too 'italian-y' for my taste buds.
And to echo Paka, boneless chicken breasts do fine at 5+ hours in the crockpot!
