I add one drop of red and two drops of yellow food coloring to my cheese sauce. (Be careful!) If it looks the color of the cheese you are using it will taste cheesier.
I also add a teensy pinch of cayenne pepper to give it a tiny "bite."
Thanks for the reminder. Couldn't you just live on this stuff?
