Sorry-I'm a little confused are you asking if you make a meatloaf and use a stuffing in the middle or use left over meatloaf to stuff other things??

So sorry to confuse you. Looking for new ways to make stuff meatloaf, and i love Italian and Mexican cooking. So any of those ingredients will work. I have tried flour tortilla's with green chili peppers, and black olives, with cheddr cheeses sprinkled on top, then the final layer of meat. When the meatloaf is done, it is so delicious, the tortilla's actually come out somewhat crispy and doughy. But i need to change it up. I have done the cream of mushroom soup with sauteed mushrooms and onions, but that is about it. Need fresh ideas.

I put cheddar cheese and ortega geen chilies in the middle of my meatloaf.

(And for anyone who low carbs, crush up pork rinds real fine and use them in place of bread crumbs in the mix.)

I've known some Italians who put hard boiled eggs down the center.
