Someone somewhere, posted this on CD. I can't find it. I need a make ahead, fool proof, easy to like, mashed potato dish because I have too much to do on Wednesday and TG morning. And, I want to try this.

I do my mash few hours before and put them in my smaller crock pot on low , one year I took my potatoes and crock pot & all for my side dish to the family thanksgiving , just plugged in my pot at their house , hostess couldn't thank me enough, lol
