So, I made a batch of cranberry/pecan granola. It is baked already with oats, coconut oil, etc. any ideas on something I can make with it?
I wonder if baking it again in a recipe might burn it?. I know about the usual oatmeal/yogurt/fruit topping ideas. Just wondered if there's something else I can do with it?

thanks!

Cooking it is a terrible idea. People eat granola for the texture of the oats, grains etc. Why would you want to make it all mooshy ? It's supposed to be crunchy! Just eat it.!

You know the recipe for rice crispy bars? Follow that recipe only use granola instead of rice crispies. Add some chunks of dried fruit and some nuts and you'll get a delicious granola bar.

(a bit puzzled as to why you would make granola when you don't just eat it with milk like most of us do-- generally, we don't make granola to cook with it)

I eat granola with yogurt and fruit, usually berries.

I haven't thought of eating it in a bowl like cereal. I always just topped yogurt with it, but was looking for some different ways to use it.
