Since I'm having company this weekend, I thought I'd give this recipe a try (I found it on the net) It sounds pretty yummy to me!

Crockpot Brownie Pudding

1 pkg. chocolate cake mix (OR white)
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix {4 serving size} OR Vanilla
1 pint sour cream
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
1 cup water
1 cup chocolate chips (OR white chocolate chips)
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted

Spray crockpot with Pam. Mix all ingredients with a spoon until creamy and pour into crockpot. Cook on low setting for 5 hours. Serve with vanilla ice cream.

The Pioneer Woman site has a chocolate cake in a mug microwave cake. I've made it a couple times when I've had a chocolate breakdown and it's really good especially if you add choice. chips.
