Healthy options that are *filling* for a someone who workouts often and contain plenty of protein?

(Besides just meat...?) Snacks or full meals ideas?

Bean and cheese burritos.
Chickpea salad.
Blue plate chili.
Brown rice and beans, either plain, wrapped in a tortilla with salsa and what have you, or stuffed in a half an acorn squash or a baked pepper.
Oatmeal with walnuts or almonds.
Tamale pie made with whole, non-degerminated cornmeal, pinto beans and whatever else you happen to like.
Big old peanut-butter sandwich on 12-grain bread.
